We are pleased to announce the release of version 3.0.1.0, applied on Friday, May 16th. This update addresses the following Incident Reports (IRs) for application status updates:

IR-118295

IR-110419

In addition to these fixes, this version includes important updates aimed at improving overall product stability and reducing the frequency of reported errors.

Bug Fixes and Improvements:

Occupancy and Rent Calculation (ORC):

The Multi-Family (TRACS) TTP now calculates correctly on mixed eligibility (prorated) certifications. (IR-127248)

For MTW Public Housing certifications using WIN Rent or Easy Rent calculations, the TAR account’s recurring rent will now match the certification tenant rent amount. (IR-127438)

The fix has been applied for the following errors (IR-127588):

TAR - importing payments error: "Primary key for TmpRecPaymentAccountSelectionCashDrawer is not unique."

HAP Contract error: "Sequence contains more than one element."

Accounts error: "Subquery cannot return more than one row.
